How Virtual Portfolio Review Events Work...

1 day / 10 am - 4 pm

10 days Prior to the event date, attendees will receive their request list.

Attendees fill out their request list and schedules are created accordingly.

Attendees will receive their schedule of meetings w/ corresponding links several days before the event.

Meetings are hosted via Zoom or Teams depending upon Reviewer Preference.

EACH MEETING IS 20 MINUTES.

attendees’ SCHEDULES ARE BASED SolelY ON WHO THEY REQUEST AND WHEN THAT REVIEWER has availability.

Attendee AVAILABILITY CANNOT BE TAKEN INTO ACCOUNT WHEN MAKING THE SCHEDULEs, so attendees should be available during event days/times to receive their full schedule.
